Buying Our Products

  • Security: We take great care to keep your order and payment details safe. Unless we’re negligent, we’re not responsible for any loss if someone gets unauthorized access to your data.

  • How to Order: You place an order on our Website, confirm it, and we’ll send you an acknowledgment email.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order is accepted and a contract is formed only when we dispatch your products.

  • Reasons We Might Not Accept an Order:

    • The product is out of stock.

    • We can’t get payment authorization.

    • There was a mistake in the price or product description.

    • You don’t meet our ordering criteria.


Pricing & Payments

  • Prices: All prices include VAT but do not include delivery charges. Prices can change, and offers can be withdrawn.

  • Errors: If we find a price error for something you ordered, we’ll contact you. You can reconfirm at the correct price or cancel. If we can’t reach you, we might cancel that part of your order.

  • Payment Security: Do NOT send us payment information by email.

  • Credit Cards: We may pre-authorize your card to ensure funds are available, but we only charge your card once upon dispatch. Any “second” charge you see is usually temporary from your bank. We do not store your credit card details.

  • No Cheques/Vouchers: We do not accept cheques or gift vouchers for online or phone payments.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changing Orders: Once placed, changes are usually not possible. For additions, please place a new order.

  • Address/Item Changes/Cancellations: Contact our Customer Services team immediately (within 30 minutes) for assistance. Please have your order number ready. After this time, we may not be able to amend it. If an order has been dispatched, you’ll need to return it (see “Returns Procedure”).


Delivery Information

  • Jamaica Deliveries: Standard delivery is usually 1-2 working days.

  • International Deliveries: Standard Airmail usually takes 14-30 working days. Express options are typically faster.

  • Important: We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance. Ensure you select the correct country for delivery; incorrect selections for cheaper shipping will result in a refund.


Missing, Incomplete, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, or arrives incomplete or damaged, please:

  • If you ordered multiple items, they might arrive separately. If not, contact us. For damaged goods, please call us directly.


Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If not, you can return it for an exchange or refund.

  • Unwanted Goods: Return them in their original condition (unused, with original packaging, all labels attached) within 7 days of receiving them. Please keep the original packaging, as goods without it may be considered second-hand and affect your refund/exchange.

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for return postage costs, except for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.

  • Discounts/Offers: If returning items impacts a discount or offer you received, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Any free promotional gifts must also be returned.

  • Statutory Rights: These terms do not affect your legal consumer rights, especially for faulty or incorrect goods.


Returns Procedure

  • How to Return: Send returns via Express Mail or courier.

  • Damaged/Faulty: If goods are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt.

  • Include in Parcel: Your RECEIPT NUMBER, reason for return, if you want a refund or replacement, and your return address.

  • Processing: We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receiving them. Refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.


International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! We use ZIPMAIL POST TO POST.

  • You can shop in your preferred currency. Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate when placed.

  • Important: We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.


Product Descriptions

We try our best to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices on our Website are accurate. While we aim to keep the Website updated, information may not always be exact at the moment you order. We confirm product price only when your order is accepted. By using our site, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information.


Intellectual Property
